Senior HSE / Process Safety / Loss Prevention Engineer
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 10+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Loss Prevention and Process Safety activities during Pre-FEED, FEED, and Detailed Engineering projects.
- Develop Fire Protection Philosophy, Fire & Gas Detection Systems, Hazardous Area Classification, and Passive Fire Protection schemes.
- Prepare Firewater Demand and Hydraulic Calculations.
- Develop P&IDs, firefighting system layouts, firewater pump house and foam system designs.
- Prepare datasheets, specifications, material requisitions, and conduct technical bid evaluations.
- Support and coordinate HAZID, ENVID, OHID, HAZOP, SIL, and other safety studies.
- Review QRA, FERA, EERA, ESSA, Gas Dispersion, and H2S Zoning studies.
