Key Responsibilities Learning & Development (L&D)
- Coordinate and manage in-house training workshops and programmes
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training vendors
- Track training attendance, feedback, and effectiveness
- Maintain training records and support reporting
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Manage job postings and candidate pipelines
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Plan and execute internal engagement initiatives and company events
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee journey
