Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management across various business functions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, networking, and referral channels
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and organisational fit
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future hiring requirements
- Manage interview coordination, candidate communication, and end-to-end recruitment process tracking
- Monitor recruitment performance metrics and prepare reports to continuously improve hiring effectiveness
