This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting staff across different locations. What You'll Do
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes with facility teams Manage employee lifecycle matters (confirmation, renewals, exits) Review payroll outputs and verify leave, claims and allowances Ensure timely regulatory submissions (MSF, NCSS, AIC) Oversee foreign staff matters and compliance tracking Maintain HR systems (HRMS) and ensure data accuracy Support training coordination and compliance tracking Handle day-to-day employee queries and simple grievance cases Support HR reporting, engagement initiatives and vendor coordination What We're Looking For
