Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes with facility teams to ensure smooth hiring and integration of new employees.
- Manage employee lifecycle matters, including confirmation, contract renewals, transfers, and exit processes in compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Review payroll outputs and verify leave records, claims, and allowances to ensure accuracy and timely salary processing.
- Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports and compliance requirements to relevant authorities such as MSF, NCSS, and AIC, while overseeing foreign staff matters and work pass compliance.
- Maintain and update HR systems (HRMS) to ensure employee data accuracy, while supporting training coordination and compliance tracking.
