Overview
You will join the HR Operations team (4 members) to deliver end-to-end HR operational excellence across employee lifecycle, HR systems, compliance, global mobility and payroll coordination. Ensure smooth daily HR operations while continuously improving processes and employee experience.
1. Onboarding & Offboarding
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including account creation, system guidance, documentation collection, and coordination with relevant departments
- Organize onboarding programs by assigning projects, mentors, buddies, and delivering onboarding training sessions
- Provide new hires with essential company and role information (policies, work schedules, dress code, etc.) and address related queries
- Handle resignation and offboarding procedures, including preparing documentation, conducting reference checks, and ensuring proper handover
