Role Summary
The Senior HR Officer partners closely with the Regional HRBP and business leaders to support people processes, talent, performance, workforce planning, and HR operations for designated client groups. In addition, ~20% of the role provides administrative and executive support to senior leaders (VP/GM level), ensuring smooth coordination, scheduling, and documentation. This role is ideal for a high‑potential HR professional who wants to grow into a full HRBP while supporting senior leadership operations.
Key Responsibilities 1. HR Business Partnering (60%)- Act as the first point of contact for day‑to‑day HR queries for assigned client groups.
- Support cyclical HR processes including:
- Performance management
- Mid-year/year-end talent discussions
- Development planning
- Compensation cycle support (data consolidation, quality checks)
