They are now seeking a Senior Mechanical HVAC Estimator to join their Estimating team and play a pivotal role in tendering mechanical packages across various sectors.
As a Senior Mechanical HVAC Estimator, you will be:
- Producing comprehensive mechanical cost estimates for major Tier 1 projects
- Analysing drawings, specifications, and subcontractor quotations
- Assisting with tender submissions, pricing strategy development, and risk evaluation
- Liaising with various stakeholders including clients, consultants, and suppliers
- Compiling precise BOQs and detailed cost plans
