Groner Service is a local, residential HVAC company looking for an experienced Senior Service Technician. No on-call, no mandatory weekend rotations - when you're done Friday, you're done. You'll get a fully equipped take-home truck and tablet dispatch through Housecall Pro, so you're not buried in paperwork after every call.
We run honest, no-pressure service - diagnose it right, explain the options clearly, fix it properly the first time. You'll be working with a tight crew that knows the trade and has your back on the tough jobs.
What we need: 5+ years of residential or light commercial HVAC diagnostics, strong electrical and refrigeration circuit troubleshooting, EPA Universal Certification, and a clean driving record.
