Hire Resolve’s client in the water & environmental consultancy industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Senior Hydrogeologist in Rivonia, Johannesburg.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex hydrogeological projects within deadlines and budget
- Conduct field data interpretation and management
- Develop and maintain groundwater models
- Prepare hydrogeological conceptual models and ensure data and model quality
- Promote company standards and methodologies in hydrogeology
- Engage in staff training and mentoring
- Assist with overall group and unit revenue and growth assurance
- Participate in geophysics, pump testing, drill supervision, dewatering, and mine hydrogeology
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Honours Degree, MSc Degree in Hydrogeology
- Solid practical experience in mining hydrogeology
- Proven project management and report writing skills
