Senior IAM Consultant – ForgeRock / Ping Identity
Role Overview: The Senior IAM Consultant will be responsible for driving customer engagements, solution implementation, technical consulting, and project delivery activities across multiple IAM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
- Lead customer workshops and discovery sessions.
- Design IAM and CIAM solutions based on customer requirements.
- Configure and implement ForgeRock/Ping Identity products.
- Develop integration strategies for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams.
- Perform technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides.
- Support testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
