Responsibilities
Lead the design, programming, testing, and commissioning of complex ICSS, SCADA, BPCS, and SIS systems for critical infrastructure projects. Apply and champion compliance with IEC 61508 / IEC 61511 functional safety standards across all project phases. Architect and implement secure OT network designs, integrating cybersecurity best practices into industrial control environments. Develop high‑quality engineering deliverables, including control philosophies, drawings, execution strategies, and alarm management plans. Collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration and alignment with client and regulatory requirements. Oversee commissioning and start‑up activities, including live system transitions, hot cutovers, and performance validation. Build trusted client relationships by providing technical leadership, conducting site inspections, and supporting technical surveys. Qualifications
