- Strong analytical skills and highly self-motivated
- Ability to develop and guide team members to in IAM related matters
- Sound knowledge in various concepts / framework of IAM especially industry best practices
- Experience in preparing operational process documents and broad knowledge of infrastructure operational flow
- Strong presentation skills with proven ability to successfully interface with and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact and diplomacy.
CERTIFICATIONS/REGULATORY CERTIFICATIONS

- CISSP or any security certification is an added advantage
