At ProductDossier Solutions (Kytes), we are looking for a dynamic Project Manager – Implementation to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software solutions (ERP, CRM, SaaS).
🔹 What You’ll Do
- Own analytics engagements end-to-end for enterprise accounts — discovery to delivery
- Primary analytics contact for key customers;
run workshops and present to CXOs and Ops Heads - Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and iterative solutions
- Align analytics priorities across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales
- Translate customer analytics gaps into product roadmap inputs
