Job Description
ADP is hiring a Senior Implementation Specialist – Payroll (Upgrades). This role upgrades clients from legacy platforms to the current ADP Canada flagship platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement Payroll: follow a detailed end‑to‑end process guide and leverage automated tools from project kick‑off to go‑live/transition to service, including payroll analysis, interview, configuration request, employee load, testing, year‑to‑date load, payroll parallels, and netsecure migration, with support from the Implementation Team Lead and support team.
- Manage projects: for projects without an assigned PM, manage delivery and execution from initial identification to hand‑off to the Client Service Delivery team, and lead and motivate a cross‑functional team to implement projects in support of ADP Sales.
