Job Description
Quad is hiring a high-level Industrial Electrician / Controls Specialist to support and modernize our web offset press and bindery platforms across North America and Latin America. This is a hands-on, expert role for someone who can troubleshoot at depth, execute control retrofits, and keep complex production environments running at peak uptime.
Travel 30–40% within the U.S. & Latin America required.
What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot and repair printing press & bindery control systems
- Lead retrofits and modernization projects (especially legacy DC drives)
- Provide remote diagnostics and real-time support to multiple plants
- Drive uptime, reliability, and performance improvements
- Support installs, startups, and continuous improvement initiatives
