What You’ll Do:
- Provide end-to-end IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage IT assets, user accounts, and onboarding for new hires
- Administer Active Directory, Office 365/M365, and basic Linux servers
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and ensure network reliability
- Implement security measures: endpoint protection, MFA, and patch management
- Support IT projects, system upgrades, hardware refreshes, and office moves
- Supervise and mentor IT Associate
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in IT or related field; must have 5+ years IT support experience
- Strong technical, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills
- Available to work in-office during probation; hybrid setup thereafter
