Job Description
- Manage daily operations, configuration optimization, and user support for Microsoft 365 environments, including components such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Proficient in VMware vSphere and VMware Cloud Director, with hands-on experience in deploying, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing virtualization environments.
- Familiar with Ruijie Wireless, Huawei Switches, and firewall configurations (including Fortigate), including maintenance and security policy implementation.
- Proficient in configuring and managing core Windows Server services such as DHCP, DNS, WSUS, and WDS to ensure system high availability.
- Develop PowerShell scripts for IT operations automation to optimize repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with security teams, network teams, and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues and ensure IT infrastructure stability and security.
