Job Purpose
Ensures availability and scalability of technology platforms in collaboration with internal and external teams to meet the current and future business needs in line with prescribed IT measures and ISAs adopted policies and procedures.
Key Result Responsibilities
- Provides technical expertise and guidance to IT Teams on technology platforms and delivers technology designs for IT projects, assisting in planning and implementing systems and platforms through participation in IT projects.
- Develops robust technology solutions that meet customer requirements in line with ISAs architectural standards and technical strategy in terms of availability, capacity, continuity, security, performance and reliability.
- Continuously monitors performance of technology platforms and incidents versus adopted procedures to tune and deliver solutions leading to the best possible performance.
