Job Description
We are seeking a highly hands-on Senior Infrastructure Manager/Engineer who also provides technical leadership and oversight for our infrastructure environment. This role is best suited for someone who spends the majority of their time engineering, troubleshooting, and improving systems, while also guiding a small team and influencing infrastructure direction through expertise rather than pure people management.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical lead for infrastructure operations, remaining deeply hands-on across systems, networking, cloud, and identity platforms.

Design, build, administer, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
