Control and Organize the NI supervisors. Plan and distribute the work inside the group according to the Gants. Verify that the tools and the documents are available. Supervise the execution of works, materials, tools and documents. Supervise and to control the tasks of erection of the new tools & documents and modernizations
Guarantee that the site is ready as it has been requested prior to installation. Implement installation methods release by the Group Handover the elevators /escalators on time and properly. Make the erection of elevators/ escalators using the Schindler methods of installation. Follow up/ apply the Schindler acceptance inspection standards (SA's) Guarantee that the targets of yield are achieved (activity). Review, control & approve all concerns related to workers under his/ her supervision...
