Job Description

Senior Tenant Installation Project Manager

South Africa’s largest JSE-listed REIT seeks an experienced Senior Tenant Installation Project Manager to successfully manage their Office portfolio.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Development, project management, and reporting of tenant installations, refurbishments, and small works projects.
  2. Budget planning.
  3. SLA management.
  4. Staff management and development.
  5. Understanding of SANS 10400 Building Regulations South Africa.

Desired Experience & Qualification

The successful applicant is expected to have:

  1. 10 years of experience in managing teams.
  2. 10 years of experience in project management/development management from an architectural/quantity surveying background.
  3. An appropriate tertiary qualification.
  4. Auto CAD or space planning experience.
  5. Interior design experience will be advantageous.
