The Senior Instructional Designer is a key member of the Online Training Team and responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality online technical product training. This role sits at the intersection of product technology, instructional design, and modern digital media.
The ideal candidate is an experienced learning professional who can translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and interactive learning experiences. Success in this role requires strong technical aptitude, creative problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and comfort using emerging technologies—including generative AI—to streamline development and support rapid product evolution across Motorola Solutions’ portfolios.
