What’s The Role
The Senior Instrument Engineer is a position that has technical responsibilities. You will nurture the SMDS Culture of Lead with Courage, Make it Happen and Make it Better that will drive the site to Best in Class performance as the World's Leading Gas-to-Liquids Specialties facility.
You will be accountable to provide technical assurance, instrumentation engineering expertise, support and solutions in the life cycle management of SMDS field instrumentation. This includes assuring sound maintenance programs, condition based-monitoring, troubleshooting, problem solving, failure analysis, providing inputs to plant improvement activities, projects and plant changes related to instrumentation assets.
You will also be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, industry codes, standards and recommended practices, as well as Shell DEP standards and best practices, and will be a key process performer for the Instrument...
