Key Accountabilities of Position:
- Strong Client Facing profile
- Strong team management and leadership profile
- Technical competence of instrument engineering personnel.
- Forecast requirement for instrument engineering resources and allocate those resources.
- Instrument design integrity of work scope and maintenance of standards.
- Identify instrument software necessary to enable instrument group to function effectively.
- Inter discipline communication development.
