Job Description
Working with us, you will:
Lead the design efforts across multiple SmithGroup offices for all stages of a project, including leadership with the client, contractors, and internal team.Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their vision and translating it into compelling and functional environments.Develop and present design concepts that embrace holistic wellness with residential and hospitality principles.Assist in management of projects through developing project scope, schedules, job production, quality, and fee management.Lead programming, conceptualization, development and integration of strategic design solutions.Consult with manufacturers, research and evaluate materials.Document architectural and interior design drawings.Assist in construction administration including responding to RFI’s, preparing sketches and addendums (CCD’s), and visiting the construc...
