Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Take end-to-end ownership of significant international business development projects, including identifying new business opportunities, entering new markets, conducting market analyses, and establishing strategic partnerships
- Analyze business development activities and results to identify areas for improvement and future growth opportunities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in international markets
- Independently manage project assignments in various countries across Eastern Europe
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including country managers, key account managers, and brand managers
