Job Description
As a Senior Analyst / Junior Associate in our Investment Banking team with a focus on the Technology sector, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of M&A transactions and strategic advisory across tech verticals including software, IT services and emerging technologies. You will be responsible for conducting detailed financial and strategic analyses, preparing high-impact client materials, and contributing to the full execution of live transactions. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with senior bankers, entrepreneurs, and investors in a dynamic and fast‑evolving sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models (DCF, LBO, trading and transaction comparables) tailored to technology companies and sector‑specific metrics (e.g., ARR, churn, customer acquisition costs).
