As an Investment Specialist (Syndications), you will mobilize financing from commercial sources (banks and other entities) to ADB’s non-sovereign (i.e., commercial/corporate) and sovereign clients by originating, structuring, executing, and syndicating debt and maintaining relationships with commercial financiers.
Project Management:
- Support and advise on financing from commercial sources and identify financing partners during transaction design.
- Support PSOD teams and the Regional Departments for transactions with financing from commercial sources.
- Identify, structure, execute, and assist in syndicating/distributing transactions involving ADB’s non-sovereign and sovereign clients in the infrastructure, financial, agriculture and social sectors.
