Maximize operational efficiency as a Senior IT Business Analyst with Procom in Toronto, Ontario. This contract role focuses on stakeholder management and enhancing IT performance KPIs.
Procom is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a 6-month contract on behalf of a public sector client. You will manage stakeholders, report on performance KPIs, and align cost drivers with savings initiatives in IT operations. The position requires a minimum of 3 days onsite at the client’s Toronto office per week.
