The Nordwand Group are currently supporting one of their clients to source a Senior IT Business Analyst with experience of working with Software Engineers to build customized IT trading systems.
You will be the vital bridge between your business stakeholders and technical developers. Translating unique needs into functional specifications, ensuring the custom software drives efficiency and solves specific challenges without wasting valuable development time
This position requires a proactive individual with an eye for detail and control, someone who is able pull resources together and lead / drive projects forward. You will be creative and able to work closely with development teams to drive the code.
Candidate profile required:
- 15+ years business analysis skills
- Experience with customizing IT platforms
- Project leadership (not people)
