Senior/ IT Engineer, Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
Job Description of MES Engineer (On Site): - Monitoring, support, and maintenance and documentation of the MES model in terms of products, routes, operations, and lot movements.
- Design, develop, maintain and continuously improve assigned Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) applications and components.
- Provide 24/7 Level 2 & 3 support for the proper operation of production lines.
- Work with IT OSS and CIM support teams to achieve system response time and availability goals.
- Gather requirements, design, develop and deploy new versions of CIM applications.
- Document requirements and coordinate enhancements in the assigned area.
- Plan, coordinate and conduct training for assigned applications.
- Collaborate with other departments on productivity enhancements, error/cost reductions, and other improvement projects as needed.
