General Overview :We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior IT Officer / IT Specialist for our client, a reputable organization in the UAE. The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining, supporting, and enhancing the company’s IT infrastructure and network environment.
This position requires strong hands‑on experience with SonicWall firewalls, VPN configurations, Trend Micro Apex One, Email Gateway, and NAS administration, along with a solid background in IT support and system administration. The role is vital in ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities : Network & Infrastructure- Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot core network infrastructure including LAN / WAN, VLANs, Wi‑Fi, and VPN.
