We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Service Desk Officer to join a high-performing ICT team in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys delivering exceptional technical support, leading deployments, and acting as a key escalation point across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 ICT support to end users across hardware, software, telephony, AV, networking, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Procure ICT hardware and software aligned with business requirements.
- Deploy, configure, and decommission ICT solutions, including end-user devices, telephony systems, and audio-visual equipment.
- Deliver end-user training and coordinate vendor offboarding processes.
