Job Summary
The L3 Systems Cloud Engineer will be responsible for the administration, monitoring, and management of DHA's physical servers, virtual machines, Azure cloud infrastructure, and container platforms. The role ensures high availability, performance, and compliance of all managed environments while following ITIL-aligned processes and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Server & VM Management Deploy, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers. Manage core services (DNS, DHCP, KMS, NAS, file servers, certificate authority). Monitor CPU, memory, and disk utilization and respond to alerts proactively. Apply OS and middleware hardening per CIS and ISO 27001 standards. Perform patching, firmware updates, and vulnerability remediation.
