Principal Responsibilities
• Oversee daily laboratory operations.
• Responsible in planning, including resource management and coordination for testing, machine calibration and preventive maintenance and verification of equipment.
• Ensuring seamless execution of Lab operation.
• Ensuring compliance to safety regulation of the lab during the work hours and adherence of the Lab to safety requirement.
• Ensuring cleanliness standard, proper housekeeping and tidiness of R&D Lab.
• Responsible for maintaining the machine & equipment in the R&D Lab.
• Preparing work instruction for all the machine/ equipment in R&D Lab
• Support in preparing purchase request from time to time as needed by department/ projects.
• Supporting in conducting testing, assembly, prototyping and documentation for all R&D projects.
• Supporting in producing quality (both functional and aesthetic) prototypes for evaluation.
