Job Summary
Provide hands‑on desktop troubleshooting support (L1) to end‑users for hardware, software, audio‑visual equipment, and network related issues. Resolve issues relating to end users' accounts, network access and folder permissions. Deploy and recover IT assets for onboarding and off‑boarding of staff. Conduct asset verification & audit, maintain accurate records of hardware, software & license inventory. Perform approved change requests for software installation and hardware configuration changes. Assist IT team to maintain documentation and troubleshooting guides. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications & Field Of Study- At least Higher Nitec, Diploma Certification in Computer/Electronic Engineering or equivalent discipline.
- Relevant IT certifications (Microsoft, AWS, Cisco/Fortinet) are added advantage.
