What you will enjoy doing You perform advanced qualitative and quantitative gas analyses, ensuring full compliance with accreditation requirements and internal quality systems Ensure reliable, accurate, and traceable analytical results are consistently generated and conduct a 100% independent review of analytical data prior to entry into LIMS and submission for secondary-level review You demonstrate advanced instrument troubleshooting capabilities, particularly on Gas Chromatography (GC) systems, including fault isolation, method performance issues, baseline instability, detector performance, and matrix-related challenges You apply a strong, practical understanding of GC principles, including columns, detectors, carrier gases, calibration strategies, and method optimisation Proactively identify, investigate, and report non-conformances, including instrument malfunctions, matrix interferences, QC failures, and out-of-specification results Furt...
