Senior Labour Advisor

Our Client in the Motor Industry is looking for a Senior Labour Advisor.
Duties & Responsibilities LLB Degree or equivalent Three (3) years’ experience in Labour Law and/or litigation At least two years’ experience in arbitrations is compulsory Good command of /fluent in Afrikaans and English Computer literacy with basic knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, and Windows Outlook Advanced understanding and/or experience in interpretation of employment contracts and agreements Dealing with conflict and grievance resolution Experience in a trade union environment will be an advantage Collective bargaining and health and safety/employee wellbeing Knowledge of the structures within the motor industry will be an advantage A valid driver's licence Willing and able to travel extensively and on short notice Skilled in daily planning and administration Minimum Requirements LLB Degree or equivalent Three (3) years’ experience in Labour Law...
