An international law firm is looking to hire a Senior Lateral Recruitment Coordinator to support experienced hire activity within its London office. The right person could come from either an in-house or agency background.
The Role:
This position plays a key part in delivering a smooth and professional hiring experience, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to manage the recruitment of lawyers across a range of practice areas.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing the coordination of experienced hire recruitment from initial application through to offer stage
- Acting as a key point of contact for agencies and search firms
- Organising interviews and ensuring a seamless candidate journey
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on hiring activity
- Supporting offer management and onboarding processes
