As one of the leading law firms along the East Coast, the Melbourne branch of this renowned Australian-owned law firm is seeking a senior level Lawyer with strong exposure to public law litigation/administrative law, to join the Public Law team with a strong focus on prosecutions, enforcement hearings, disciplinary hearings and reviews of administrative decisions.
As either a Senior Associate or Special Counsel, this opportunity will see you working alongside a number of highly regarded practitioners who collectively hold a wealth of knowledge and experience representing various government clients and statutory authorities. As part of your involvement in both Court and Tribunal work, you will be representing government bodies in litigation matters and drafting written advice and recommendations.
