The Opportunity
You will be involved in a broad spectrum of commercial and civil litigation matters, including:
- Managing complex disputes, claims, and contentious matters from inception through to resolution.
- Advising clients on legal rights, liabilities, and strategic options across various areas of law.
- Drafting and reviewing high-quality pleadings, affidavits, legal submissions, and opinions.
