Senior / Lead PMO — Vision Next Programme
What does a successful Senior/Lead PMO do?
You will be the backbone of governance and control for the Vision Next (VN) programme: a large-scale, multi-client platform modernisation running concurrent implementations across multiple geographies. The role owns the programme management framework end-to-end: from PI planning governance and release control through to executive reporting, dependency management, financial oversight, vendor compliance, and risk management. This is a hands‑on leadership role embedded directly in the delivery organisation, working alongside engineering pod leads, product owners, and client-facing teams.
