Senior Lean Six Sigma CI Coach & Value-Stream Leader

Lead moderate-to-complex improvement initiatives across a site, region, or end-to-end value stream (manufacturing and/or service).

Provide facilitation and coaching to cross-functional teams, standardize best practices, and drive sustained performance improvements.

The position is to coordinate and lead a wide range of activities that are designed to improve on-time delivery, productivity, quality, cost, safety, and environmental performance. The position will assist in the evaluation process, justification of improvements, and with carrying out the implementation plan.

Focus: deliver multi-functional results and mentor others in CI methods.

• Lead complex projects and value-stream improvements.
• Coach cross-functional teams; mentor junior CI practitioners.
• Establish control plans and measurement systems for sustainment.
