Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, and based in our national head office in Fortitude Valley, this role will be responsible for the delivery and continuous improvement of our internal professional development training and programs that continue to build organisational capability, enhance leadership effectiveness and support a high-performance culture across BESIX Watpac.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
Lead the end-to-end delivery and coordination of the BESIX Watpac Graduate, Management and Leadership professional development programs and events;Ensure continued implementation of the BESIX Watpac leadership development framework nationally in conjunction with the Learning and Development Manager;Act as a primary point of contact for queries on matters relating to learning and development including training courses, workshops and activities;Support organisational coachi...
