A career as a senior legal advisor in the Legal Affairs – Commercial and International team at National Bank means acting as a specialist in commercial law and corporate financing. - Analyze business issues, identify the needs of internal partners, and propose appropriate legal strategies to support business activities.
- Draft and interpret various banking documents, including credit agreements, security documents, and forms related to commercial operations.
- Issue legal opinions in commercial law, corporate financing, and securities, and advise the Corporate Financing Operations teams in handling complex files.
