A leading logistics group is seeking an experienced Senior Manager: Legal & Compliance to play a strategic role in managing legal risk, corporate governance, compliance, insurance, and claims across a complex, fast-paced operation.
This is a senior leadership position, reporting into the Head of Legal, and requires a commercially astute legal professional with strong logistics, insurance, and risk management exposure.
Key Responsibilities Legal & Contracts Draft, review and negotiate client agreements, leases, and major service provider contracts Oversee contract vetting, approvals, and maintenance of the contract register Instruct and manage external attorneys, including litigation matters Handle letters of demand, summonses, affidavits, and dispute resolution Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and corporate governance requirements Company secretarial support, including board resolutions a...
