Job Description
- Advise on a broad range of commercial contracts (service agreements, supplier contracts, key account agreements, financing arrangements).
- Support sales and marketing teams on legal matters and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Handle compliance activities including third-party event sponsorship agreements, grant requests, and monitoring (travel, expenses).
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to maintain high standards of legal and ethical conduct.
- Geographic scope: primarily Switzerland and Austria, with occasional involvement in Germany.
