Job Description
Must Haves:
- 10+ years PQE of practicing labor and employment law most recently/currently in-house within a complex international organization, professional services, or similar industry
- Spanish qualified employment lawyer, with deep strategic and operational employment law expertise in an international organization and experience advising across different jurisdictions
- Experienced at managing outside legal advisers and other providers of expert advice on employee matters
- Ability to use AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency while maintaining high-quality, risk-based advice
- English and Spanish fluency
Plusses:
- Fluency in any other language
- Firm experience early in career
- Litigation experience
