Overview
The Senior Legal Counsel will report to the Head of Health Legal and the Legal Manager (Contracts / Products), playing a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive legal support across various business functions. This position is essential for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations and aligning legal strategies with the organization’s strategic objectives. The role requires strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to deal with legal matters and requires a very robust understanding of the business models pursued by the LoB Health.
Responsibilities
- Legal Advisory: Provide expert legal guidance on local contractual matters affecting Sales, Underwriting, Procurement, and Operations, supporting internal stakeholders in negotiations. Navigate complex corporate legal issues and daily business activities specific to the jurisdiction.
